Hot Stone Massage:

Hot stone therapy is a specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. Hot stone massage aids by relaxing tense muscles, and alleviating muscle pain by improving circulation.

Lomi Lomi Massage:
Aromatic oils are used for Lomi Lomi. The massaging is done using fingertips, thumbs, knuckles, palms, sides of palms, forearms, elbows, knees and even sticks and stones. The massaging may be gentle or vigorous, and the rhythmic strokes kept continuous and flowing.  Lomi Lomi aims to relax the nervous system and improve blood circulation and help lymphatic drainage. The Lomi Lomi massage rejuvenates the body and instils a feeling of peace and well-being. 


Indian Head Massage:
Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic massage therapy in which the upper-back, arms, head, neck and face are massaged with oil using a range of massage techniques. Treatment can provide instant relief from tension and stress symptoms in the face, head, neck and shoulders. It can induce a state of calm, peace and tranquillity but also promote high levels of alertness and concentration. Eye strain, tension headaches and migraines can be relieved and sleep patterns improved. 


Traditional Thai Massage:
In Thai massage, you lie on a mat on the floor and it's important to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that is easy to move in.
Thai massage combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching. These increase the range of motion in your joints and muscles. Thai massage also aims to help improve sleep and relaxation, improve digestion and promote relaxation.

4 hands massage:
In a four-hands massage, two therapists work on one client. A four-hands massage can be like experiencing two full body massages at the same time.
